Our talented team is looking for a Live Ops Executive to drive the growth of Marmalade’s games through live operations.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll join a growing team driving real change across our growing portfolio of games. You will utilise game data, competitive research, and player feedback to optimise and develop engagement and monetisation strategies.
You must reside in the UK and be eligible to work here. Our main studio is located in London. The role is open to remote candidates within the UK. Occasional travel to our London studio is required.
Responsibilities
Help to develop and drive a live ops and monetisation strategy that account for both audience expectations, as well as commercial goals.
Drive the day-to-day execution of the live ops roadmap by owning the schedule, targets, and overall success of in-game sales, offers, and live events.
Develop the roadmap of features and tools needed to grow, innovate and improve live ops across multiple Marmalade products, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven track record and experience in optimising and growing live games.
Sounds product judgement, ability to formulate live ops strategy and present clear, measurable key results that will lead to achieving business goals.
Hands-on approach and impact-driven focus on constantly pushing game performance and delivering fantastic player experiences.
Understanding of monetisation design, as well as engagement drivers in live games.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an emphasis on metrics-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of live operations and monetisation trends within the gaming industry.
