The Office Manager’s goal will be to facilitate the smooth running of our London Studio. The role is office-based, and we offer some flexibility in terms of start and finish times. The role reports directly to the CEO’s.

What you’ll do:

As the go-to person in our London Studio you will facilitate the smooth running of the office and assist the CEO’s and the company with general administrative tasks. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising meetings and company events
  • Assisting various departments with administrative tasks
  • Booking transportation and accommodation for the CEO’s and other relevant people within the company
  • Managing the office stock levels (i.e., food/drinks, stationary, etc.)
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries on behalf of the company
  • Credit card admin
  • Interfacing with all stakeholders
  • Facility management
  • Health and Safety management (including first aid and fire marshal duties)

What experience you’ll have:

  • Previous experience as an office manager, personal assistant, executive assistant or in a similar/relevant role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience with problem-solving and general admin tasks
