Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll become part of a tight-knit team, united by a shared ardor for devising and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies that spotlight our brand and games. This role encompasses:
- Crafting and executing an unceasing flow of campaigns to attract and re-engage players, leveraging in-game events, IAP, and other avenues.
- Collaborating with the development team to seamlessly integrate game enhancements and ensure timely submission to sales platforms.
- Curating Marmalade’s website to showcase the latest game advancements and features.
- Devising insightful campaign performance reports, transforming findings into continuous enhancements.
- Steering our sales platforms (app stores, PC, and console) to secure prominent featuring and sustained conversion growth.
- Analysing game performance and user behaviour to identify avenues for enhancing player retention and acquisition.
- Scrutinising app store performance and leveraging insights to refine game strategies.
- Identifying target demographics through data analysis and pinpointing optimal channels for engagement.
- Working closely with our creative team to produce captivating promotional assets, encompassing descriptions, social media ads, screenshots, and trailers tailored to our target audience.
We’re searching for a professional who boasts:
- A proven history of success in online and/or mobile marketing, particularly within the entertainment sphere.
- Proficiency in conceiving and implementing campaigns to both acquire and re-engage players, utilising in-game events, IAP, and related avenues.
- A track record of developing mobile marketing campaigns from the ground up, achieving acquisition and revenue goals.
- Advanced familiarity with the app ecosystem, including A/B testing.
- Competence across diverse marketing tools and channels, spanning social, paid and organic acquisition, retargeting, email, and notifications.
- Bonus: Experience in app store optimisation.
