I purchased the game but it’s asking me to pay again
Download and billing-related problems should be raised directly with Google, as these concerns are unrelated to the game. Google is responsible for managing the Google Play Store apps’ sales and distribution.

Some of our players have reported success by clearing the Google Play Store’s cache and data files and then restarting their devices. After doing this, revisit the game’s store page, and you should be able to download it with no problems.

- Open your device’s Settings app.
- Tap Apps & notifications > App info or See all apps.

“I got a new device and am getting told to purchase the game again.”
App purchases are tied to the Google account that was used to make the purchase, and not to the device. As long as you are using the same account on your device you should have no trouble installing a previously purchased game.
- Make sure that you are using the same Google account on your new device. It should be the account that originally purchased the item;
- Go to your app manager, find Google Play Store, clear Google Play Store’s storage and data files, and restart your device.
After following the above steps, you should be able to download and install the game directly from its store page.
