I’ve already bought CLUE and some content on platform X. Do I have to buy them again on platform Y?
(The following information applies only to purchases made on the platforms: Apple App Store, Google Play and Steam)
You will have to purchase CLUE on the new platform, but we will process transfers of any in-app purchases made on the old platform to the new. Simply get in touch with us via our support form here and include the following attachments in your submission:
– Invoice or receipt of your CLUE purchases from both platforms. These documents are generally sent to you via email by the seller and must include the order number. We cannot accept a bank statement as proof of payment as it does not include the information necessary
– Invoice or receipt of the in-app purchase(s)
– Screenshots of CLUE’s settings menu, taken from both platforms. The string of characters on the bottom must be clearly legible as they represent your devices. For mobile, please navigate to the second page of the Settings menu
