I’ve already bought Monopoly and some content on platform X. Do I have to buy them again on platform Y?

You will have to purchase Monopoly on the new platform, but we will process transfers of any in-app purchases made on the old platform to the new. Simply get in touch with us via our contact form and include the following attachments in your message:

– Invoice or receipt of your Monopoly purchases from both platforms. These documents are generally sent to you via email by Google or Apple and must include the order number (we cannot accept a bank statement as proof of payment as it does not include the information necessary)
– Invoice or receipt of the in-app purchase(s)
