(The following information applies to purchases of Mouse Trap and its content on mobile platforms only).
You will have to purchase Mouse Trap on the new platform, but we will process transfers of any in-app purchases made on the old platform to the new. Simply get in touch with us via our support form and include the following attachments in your submission:
- Invoice or receipt of your Mouse Trap purchases from both platforms. These documents are generally sent to you via email by Google or Apple and must include the order number. A bank statement with proof of payment cannot be accepted as it does not include the necessary information.
- Invoice or receipt of the in-app purchase(s).
