I’ve already bought The Game of Life 2 and some content on platform X. Do I have to buy them again on platform Y?
(The following information applies to purchases of The Game of Life 2 and its content on mobile platforms only).
You will have to purchase The Game of Life 2 on the new platform, but we will process transfers of any in-app purchases made on the old platform to the new. Simply get in touch with us via our support form and include the following attachments in your submission:
- Invoice or receipt of your The Game of Life 2 purchases from both platforms. These documents are generally sent to you via email by Google or Apple and must include the order number. A bank statement with proof of payment cannot be accepted as it does not include the necessary information.
- Invoice or receipt of the in-app purchase(s).
