Why are “Online Multiplayer” and “Online with Friends” greyed-out / locked for me?

This happens whenever a user taps “Deny” in the Agreements pop-up.

In order to solve this issue:

– Go to Monopoly’s Settings menu
– Tap “Review Data Consent”
– Then “Confirm”

This will enable all online features. Make sure to read through the Personal Data Statement and Privacy Policy in order to see exactly what you are agreeing to.

As a summary, and to clarify, the type of information that is being gathered is not personal. The data simply allows us to include multiplayer features in the game and to check how players use our app (for example – which game mode is being played the most, etc.).
